Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Apollo Music: Your Music Hub (also known as Apollo Station), published on Google Play by the developer X-SPACE STUDIO under the package name com.apollostation.music, and on the Apple App Store by Radiation Studio. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “the app” refer to Apollo Music and its developer.

Apollo Music does not require you to create an account, and the app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details. Your playlists, favorites, listening history, and settings are stored locally on your device.

The app uses a small set of third-party SDKs that automatically collect limited data needed to run the service, understand how the app performs, and show ads to free users:

• Device or other IDs — an advertising identifier and app-instance identifiers, used for analytics and advertising.
• App interactions — for example which screens are used and coarse usage events, used for analytics and advertising.
• Crash logs and diagnostics — crash reports and performance data used to find and fix bugs.
• Approximate location — a coarse, country/city-level location derived from your IP address by analytics and advertising services. The app never requests access to your device’s precise (GPS) location.
• Purchase history — if you buy a premium subscription or one-time purchase, the purchase is processed by Google Play or the App Store and validated by our purchase-management provider. We never see or store your payment card details.

This data is collected because the app cannot function, be kept reliable, or remain free without it; the app does not offer an in-app way to opt out of this collection. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

The services below process the data described above on our behalf or for their own advertising purposes. Their privacy policies apply in addition to this one:

• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising for free users) — policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat (purchase management) — revenuecat.com/privacy

Device identifiers and interaction data may be shared with Google advertising services to serve and measure ads. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third parties.

Apollo Music streams music and video content from publicly available online sources. Your searches and playback requests are sent to those services to deliver the content you ask for; they are not linked to your identity by us.

Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising data is retained by the services above for their standard retention periods (for Google Analytics for Firebase, up to 14 months) and then deleted or aggregated. Data stored locally on your device (playlists, favorites, history, settings) can be removed at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Because we do not operate accounts, we generally hold no data that can identify you. If you still want to request deletion of data associated with your device or advertising identifier, email us at lb7370911@gmail.com and we will pass the request to the relevant service providers. You can also reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

Apollo Music is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app’s Google Play target audience is 18 and over.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
